 Kia ora Bloggers, This week for reading we have been reading a book about war and the Waihi gold miners strike. Our teacher gave us some questions that we had to answer. Lots of the questions got me thinking. I found this really fun researching all the questions.

Pink shirt day!!!

 Kia ora bloggers, today is pink shirt day, and to celebrate our school made us dress up in pink clothes. It is so cool to see so many people supporting the anti-bullying day. Pink shirt day is a day that is against bullying. We had to bring a 2 dollar coin that would be donated to the Mental Health Foundation. The photos below are of all my friends

The Army Scene

Kia ora bloggers, yesterday for literacy my group had to make a scene from our book. My group's book was about the army and the Waihi gold mine strike. I did a scene from the gold mine. It was about how badly treated gold miners were. Have you ever learned about gold mines???
